Category Is Bloom

Silhouettes were the main focus in this project, and a monochrome color palette made the forms stand out.
I wanted to tell a story about LGBTQ persons that are trapped in the closet, hiding from the judgment of the world. How could I tell that story through choices of color and material so the audience would understand.
I focused on that feeling of being trapped, and that Is what the feathers trapped between the fabric and plastic stands for.
